Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please email us at email@example.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. All return orders will have a 25% stocking fee. *Please note some items are final sale as marked or may have a shorter return policy as stated.
Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
